The average human visual reaction time is roughly 250 milliseconds (ms). Competitive gamers usually sit between 180ms and 220ms. Elite esports professionals (like top-tier AWPers in CS2) can consistently hit 150ms to 170ms.

Hardware vs Human Delay

Keep in mind that this test measures your *system's* total latency plus your human reflexes. If you are playing on a 60Hz monitor with a cheap wireless mouse, your score might be inflated by 30-50ms of hardware input lag compared to a 240Hz setup.
